The large Ground Floor Bedroom is located off the lounge. It's double aspect, with a window seat overlooking the front courtyard and a view to the communal back garden and play area. A large pine wardrobe provides clothes hanging and drawer space. The bed is “zip and link” and can be arranged as a Super King size bed (without the annoying gap in the middle) or as two standard single beds. Double glazing and central heating help keep the room cozy for winter visits. Curtains and an additional black-out blind to the rear window improve the chances of a sleep in.
